We had a wonderful experience buying new living room furniture. Annastasia helped us and she is amazing! We love that we weren't hassled or followed around like at other stores. She gave us suggestions when we asked, helped us pick fabrics and rugs, and even made wall color suggestions. She convinced me to go out of my comfort zone of very neutral fabrics - she suggested a pop of color in an accent chair and it's perfect!! She is truly gifted with putting together colors and fabrics, and is just so sweet and nice too! She reached out periodically to give us updates while waiting for delivery. But every day of waiting was worth it - it beautiful and VERY sturdy and well-made.

Sydney sold me this TV stand and I am loving it! I was very indecisive about which model to pick and she made the process so easy! Great quality piece of furniture, easy to assessable and looks great in my space. I will definitely be returning to Sydney and Valeri furniture for my future purchases.

Purchased a power reclining loveseat. I worked via text with them for a day and then got approved for financing, told the rep what I was looking for in my range, and she came back with 5 options. I then came into the store and selected one she had sent me. I have been ordering items from Valeri for the past 17 years. The owners are great and are in the mix of sales/service/delivery. Today the owner helped move in my heavy loveseat and was surprised he was still moving furniture. Loved the service, the options and the delivery and I guess that's why I keep going back.
